When trying to reset/recover/change my password, I can't get past the security question.
Cause:	The security question answer must be entered in exactly as it was when you set it up - with the same capitalization, punctuation and spacing.
Solution:	Verify that you are entering the answer exactly as you did when you set it up. If you still have problems, contact the UMKC Information Services Call Center for assistance.
